		<description>Hey, classmate!  Sounds like a hard moment, but I was definitely crying mid-shift by the end of July.  So, see, you've got considerable fortitude for making it to October!  And part of what makes us good (student) nurses, I hope, is that we give a hoot and we do care A LOT, including when we mess up.  I hope it's been a better couple of weeks since your last post.</description>

		<description>&lt;p&gt;there was this quote in the studio where one of the shows i promoted was filmed that said, "Fail fast succeed sooner." an alum i just met with loved that quote, printed it out, blew up the font, and hung it on her wall for her whole team to see. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;it's okay. don't be too hard on yourself. you'll get it. you're just in the steep part of the learning curve.&lt;/p&gt;
